Greg Hampton, CPA

Greg Hampton, CPA has over 20 years of experience in financial analysis and management. Greg began their career in 1996 at NCR Corporation as a Financial Planning Analyst - Americas Self-Service, where they were responsible for the finance leadership of an $85M per year business unit. Greg developed a financial forecasting tool that reduced both the time required and number of associates needed to develop the forecast, while simultaneously improving forecast accuracy for Revenue, Margin and Expenses.

In 2004, Greg joined Teradata, where they held various roles including Senior Financial Analyst, Revenue Recognition Manager, and Senior Financial Planning Analyst. As Senior Financial Analyst, they managed the Global Hardware & Software Reporting and Results Analysis for all Teradata Products. Greg also evaluated detailed Pricing metrics and historical revenue analysis in support of 2018 ASC 606 Revenue standard implementation. As Revenue Recognition Manager, they oversaw new sales contracts to ensure language meets revenue recognition guidelines, partnering with Legal, internal and external auditors, and Order processing groups as needed. As Senior Financial Planning Analyst, they directed the finance and accounting functions for a $200+ million Division of Teradata with over 190 associates, managing all financial reporting, monthly closing, budgeting and forecasting activities.

Most recently, Greg joined Projects Unlimited in 2019 as a Senior Financial Analyst.

Greg Hampton, CPA received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from Wright State University. Greg obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the State of Ohio in September 1999.
