The team includes Sales Representatives and a Sales and Marketing Associate who engage potential clients, while the Lead Sales Engineer provides technical expertise. Post-sale, the Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Specialist work to optimize client usage of the platform, address any issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
