Troy Elsen

Troy Elsen has extensive work experience in the field of cloud infrastructure operations. Troy started working at Projetech in 2013 as an Infrastructure Administrator and later moved up to roles such as Infrastructure Architect/Infrastructure Lead and currently serves as the Director of Cloud Infrastructure Operations. Prior to Projetech, Troy worked at the University of Cincinnati from 2011 to 2013 as an Assistant IT Analyst - Student.

Troy Elsen's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology - Network/Systems from the University of Cincinnati, which they obtained from 2009 to 2014. Troy also has a High School Diploma from St. Xavier High School, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Troy has obtained several certifications. Troy is an IBM Certified Infrastructure Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management V7.6, which they obtained from IBM in August 2019. Troy is also a VMware Certified Professional - Data Center Virtualization 2019, obtained from VMware in August 2019. Furthermore, Troy holds a VMware vSphere 6.5 Foundations certification, obtained from VMware in October 2018. Troy has also completed the IoT - Maximo Introduction and Overview certification from IBM in April 2019.
