Karim Allal

Karim Allal is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chef-cuisinier at KEBAB ISTANBUL and Chef de cuisine at Projeto Acai and LES TERRASSES GOURMANDES, Karim also holds the position of Sous-chef at WRIGHT 1856. Karim's career includes significant positions such as Chef-cuisinier at restaurant Mamlouk and Chef de partie at both Malabo and Ifrane. Karim began culinary training at the Institut Supérieur de la Restauration Polo à Casa, earning a diploma in international catering. The extensive experience spans from 2006 to the present, showcasing a commitment to gastronomic excellence.
