Sam Chang

Sam Chang joined Prokarium in 2021 as urology expert. He is the Chief Surgical Officer at the Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center, and formerly chaired the American Joint Committee on GU Cancer Staging Task Force. Currently Sam is the Assistant Secretary of the American Urological Association and Chair of the American Board of Urology Examination Committee responsible for board certification in the U.S. He received an MD from Vanderbilt University in 1992, followed by a fellowship from Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in 2000. He has been involved in numerous clinical trials that involve bladder cancer at different stages and has authored more than 150 publications involving different urologic cancers.
