Etienne Fung

Etienne Fung has over 25 years of work experience in various roles. In 1994, they began their career as a Maintenance Manager at P&G. In 2004, they joined 3M as an International Manufacturing Manager and a Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2007, they were promoted to Manufacturing Product Manager at 3M China. In 2009, they were promoted to General Manager/Plant Manager at 3M Medical Device and Material. In 2012, they were promoted to Manufacturing Product Manager and Plant Engineering Manager at 3M Health Care. Finally, in 2014, they joined Prolacta Bioscience as a Plant Manager/Director, where they were responsible for operations of the production plant, including facilities management, shipping and receiving, and manufacturing operations. Etienne also helped deploy Lean Manufacturing techniques in the area of Compliance, Cost Reduction, Customer Fulfillment, and Cash Flow.

Etienne Fung attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering (MSMSE).
