Melinda Elliott

Chief Medical Officer at Prolacta Bioscience

Melinda Elliott has been working in the medical field since 1987. Melinda began their career as the Chief Resident in Pediatrics at the University of Florida. In 1992, they became a Neonatologist at Franklin Square Hospital Center. In 2007, they moved to Pediatrix Medical Group, also as a Neonatologist. In 2016, they joined Prolacta Bioscience Inc. as the Senior Director of Clinical Education and Professional Development. In 2019, they were promoted to Chief Medical Officer at Prolacta Bioscience.

Melinda Elliott began their education in 1976, when they attended Bethany College and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, General. Melinda then attended West Virginia University School of Medicine, graduating in 1984 with a Doctor of Medicine degree. Melinda went on to complete their Residency and Fellowship Training in Neonatology/Pediatrics at the University of Florida, which they completed in 1991.
