Andy Norton

Andy Norton is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Flipdish since July 2024. Norton also holds the position of TTA at Team Topologies and co-organises the Fast Flow Conference. Previously, as a Senior Engineering Manager at Prolific, Norton focused on creating high-performing teams and developing a career framework. At cinch, Norton led the Engineering Practice with a serverless approach, gaining recognition at AWS re:Invent 2022. Norton's earlier roles include Head of Engineering positions at Footasylum, where a significant digital transformation occurred, and Graham & Brown, where a cloud transition was initiated. Andy Norton's career began as a Software Engineer, supported by a BSc in Computer Science from The University of Salford and a certification from RISE Beyond.
