Ajay Malgaonkar

Ajay leads a high performance team of 800+ engineers to deliver digital and cloud computing solutions to Prolifics' global customers. He's responsible for creating and expanding current and future competencies in Digital, Data and Test Automation to deliver solid end-to-end solutions. He has a passion to help clients achieve their business objectives with innovative solutions using cloud, cognitive and automation. Ajay has more than 25 years experience in engineering with both small and large IT services, across multipe industries and geographies. He holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering from the Unversity of Mumbai and his post graduate degree from the Somaiya Institute of Management Studies. Other accomplishments include a TOGAF certification and six-sigma green belt.
