Andrew McIntosh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Andrew started their career as a Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics in 2007. Later, they worked as a Police Officer at the Village of Bethel from 2010 to 2012. In the same year, they joined Verizon Wireless as a Sales Manager, where they were responsible for leading a team of Wireless Sales Consultants and achieving sales objectives. After three years at Verizon, Andrew moved to Millennium Business Systems as an Account Manager in 2013. In 2015, they transitioned to Crown Equipment Corporation as an Account Representative. Andrew's most recent role was at ProLift, where they held multiple positions, including Equipment Sales Specialist, Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager - Material Handling, and currently, Sales Director - Material Handling.

Andrew McIntosh attended the University of Dayton from 2002 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Arts and Science with a focus on Visual Communication Design/Communications. In 2010, they attended the Great Oaks Police Academy and obtained a certification in Law Enforcement known as OPOTA Certification.

Additionally, Andrew McIntosh has obtained various certifications. In November 2022, they earned the Toyota Lean Management Champion certification from Toyota Material Handling. In March 2022, they obtained the Managerial Accounting Fundamentals certification from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Lastly, in March 2014, they completed the Sales Advantage certification through Dale Carnegie Training.
