Gina Bucalo is currently the VP of Marketing at Prolink, where Gina connects businesses and talent through staffing services. Previously, Gina worked as a Principal Consultant and Senior Solutions Consultant at TiER1 Performance Solutions, leading change strategy and communications projects. Prior to that, Gina owned Gina Bucalo Consulting, partnering with clients to create employee-centered environments. Gina also has experience in corporate training and development at Clarks Companies, N.A. as an Internal Training Consultant and Training Manager. Gina holds a Bachelor's degree in Management & Marketing from the University of Dayton.
