Tjeerd de Boorder PhD

Tjeerd de Boorder PhD has held various positions since 1999. Starting as a Surgical Nurse at St. Antonius Hospital Nieuwegein, The Netherlands in 1999, they then became a Biomedical Engineer PhD, Technical VAD specialist, and Specialist in surgical laser applications and other energy delivery devices at UMC Utrecht from 2005 to 2018. In 2018, they were appointed Chief Clinical Officer and Senior Clinical Specialist PhD at Prolira - DeltaScan\u00ae.

Tjeerd de Boorder PhD completed a Bachelor of Science in Hoger Laboratorium Onderwijs Biotechnologie en Zoologie from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 1994 to 1999. Tjeerd then completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Biomedical Engineering from UMCU from 2015 to 2018. Prior to this, they attended VWO de Breul in Zeist.
