Jill Kohrs

Jill Kohrs is the current Director of People & Culture at Prolocity Salesforce Consultants. Jill has been with Prolocity for just over two years, and in their current role, they are responsible for leading the company's recruitment efforts, onboarding and training new employees, and managing employee relations. Prior to their current role, Jill held positions as an account executive/ sales operations, small business delivery manager, and project manager with Prolocity.

Before joining Prolocity, Jill worked as a project coordination & administration with Procter & Gamble. Jill's background also includes experience as a massage therapist and project management consultant. In 2007, Jill started their own business, MuscleWorks, which they operated for seven years before joining Prolocity.

Jill Kohrs earned their Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University with a focus area in Industrial/Organizational Psych and Consumer Behaviors.
