Cristian Oller Angusto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio operations and project management in the real estate and logistics sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Portfolio Operations for Southern Europe and Vice President - Country Manager for Spain at Prologis, Cristian emphasizes a customer-centric philosophy, fostering long-term relationships and enhancing service quality across key Spanish markets including Barcelona, Madrid, and Valencia. Aside from overseeing capital deployment and development initiatives, Cristian has played a crucial role in the acquisition of substantial portfolio assets, positioning Prologis among the top three in the Spanish market. Cristian's background includes technical support for business expansion in Italy and experience in designing and developing logistics parks. Additionally, Cristian has been a member of RICS since 2012 and holds a Master's degree in Architectural Structures and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
