Emily Traxler has extensive experience in customer success roles, serving as VP of Customer Success at both PrologMobile and SingleOps, LLC. Emily also originated the customer success team at Clockwise.MD by Lightshed Healthcare. Prior to their customer success roles, Traxler worked in solutions specialist and inside sales positions at Procurri and as an event manager/office manager at The Pinnacle Experience. Earlier in their career, they held various hospitality and public relations roles at companies such as Longhorn Steakhouse, The Colorboxx Hair Salon, and Felicities. Emily also volunteered as a United Way volunteer.
Emily Traxler graduated from The University of Georgia in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Consumer Economics. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Data Analysis Circuit from General Assembly. In 2021, they obtained three certifications in Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) from SuccessHACKER, Level 1 in April and Levels 2 and 3 in May.
