Ted Natoli

Ted Natoli is an experienced professional in data science and bioinformatics, currently serving as the Associate Director of Data Science at Prologue Medicines since September 2023, focusing on leveraging viral evolution for the development of biologic therapies. Prior to this role, Ted was the Associate Director of Bioinformatics at ImmuneID, leading a team to maximize data utility across various projects and implementing critical data processing pipelines. With a formidable background at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard as a Group Leader in Computational Biology, Ted managed teams and directed analysis strategies within significant cancer research initiatives. Earlier experiences include consulting roles and positions where Ted enhanced bioinformatics solutions and data analysis efficiencies in several organizations.
