Divyanshu Kalra

Divyanshu Kalra currently serves as the Associate Director of Data Science at VWO since April 2025. Prior to this role, Divyanshu was a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Lew Innovation from December 2024 to April 2025 and co-founder and CTO of NeoRep from January 2024 to November 2024, a company focused on enhancing sales rep training with AI technology. As co-founder and CTO at Reslash from December 2020 to February 2024, Divyanshu contributed to innovative video and audio experiences for virtual interactions. Between June 2018 and December 2020, Divyanshu worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Wingify, leading a team in addressing complex data science challenges. Divyanshu began the professional journey as a Data Scientist, specializing in personalization and algorithms. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation and Control from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and a High School degree from Mata Jai Kaur Public School.
