Bradford Kent, CRC, is a seasoned Custom Equipment Specialist and Food Scientist at Proluxe, specializing in designing innovative machinery to enhance food production efficiency. As a Strategic Advisor and Consultant under Chef Bradford Kent, Bradford advises on restaurant equipment, menu formulations, and processes. Bradford also serves on the Advisory Board of the Randall R. Kendrick Global Supply Chain Institute and collaborates on product design with Cook with Carbon.
