Azucena Gutiérrez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Director of PUCA - Peruanos Unidos por la Cocina y la Alimentación and as a Senior Strategy Advisor at PROMART, Azucena has also held key roles including Academic Director at the Centro del Emprendimiento and founder of Rita and Disfruta.
