Isabel Solar Alejo has substantial experience in human talent attraction, currently serving as an Analyst at PROMART since November 2022, having previously held roles as an Assistant and Intern in the same field. Prior experience includes working as an HR Assistant at Life Inmobiliaria and an intern in talent management at Onza - Agencia de Marketing. Isabel also gained clinical psychology experience as a pre-professional intern at Centro Psicoterapéutico Holístico Allin Takyaq. Isabel holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and has completed various certifications in psychological first aid, human rights, Excel, and data analysis.
