Ralph Lenssen has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Freelancer Project organizer and coach at Technolab Leiden. Ralph then interned at FOM Institute for Plasma Physics Rijnhuizen in 2011 and ING Nederland in 2012. After that, they worked as a Technical Consultant at UL Transaction Security and as a Developer, Analyst, and Test Coordinator at ING. From 2014 to 2017, Ralph worked as a Senior Business Engineer at Finaps, where they were involved in application development using technologies like Mendix, Java, JavaScript, Phonegap, and Xamarin. Ralph then became a Professional Freelancer at Ralutions, managing the launch of the LifeEar hearing aid product. Ralph Lenssen's education history begins in 2006 when they enrolled at Leiden University to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Physics, which they completed in 2010. Following their undergraduate studies, Ralph continued at Leiden University from 2009 to 2010, focusing on teacher-training in Physics. Ralph then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Physics at Leiden University, which they completed from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Ralph has obtained several certifications. In March 2021, they obtained the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org, and most recently in September 2022, they completed the AI Product Management Specialization course from Coursera.
