Melanie D’Souza

Melanie Dutt currently serves as the Director of Partnership Success at SoFi, a position held since January 2024. In addition, Melanie is actively involved with professional organizations, including membership with Women of Customer Success and serving as a Power Up Founding Mentor with Women in Customer Success since August and February 2023, respectively. Prior to SoFi, Melanie had an extensive career at OpenGov Inc., progressing through several leadership roles in customer success from September 2019 to December 2023. Additional experience includes positions at Kiefer Consulting, Inc., Democrats Abroad, NEC New Zealand Limited, Spark New Zealand, NWN Corporation, and Cisco Systems. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Executive Leadership from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from California State University, Chico.
