Joelle Winter is an experienced professional with a robust background in therapeutic recreation, program management, and sales. Currently serving as Executive Director at Arden Courts since June 2018, Joelle also holds the title of Program Services Coordinator. Previous roles include Guest Services & Recreation Director at Mercerville Center Genesis Healthcare and Guest Services Director at Powerback Rehabilitation. Joelle has extensive experience in sales, having worked as a Neurological Sales Consultant at Dynasplint Systems, Inc., and as a Sales Representative at Ash City USA, Inc., where significant sales growth was achieved. Joelle's early career includes roles as Clinical Manager at Temple University Children’s Medical Center and Certified Therapeutic Recreation Therapist at Mediplex Rehabilitation Hospital and MossRehab Hospital. Joelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Temple University and further education in Human Sexuality Education from the University of Pennsylvania.
