Roger Hearn

Roger Hearn has a diverse work experience in the finance field. Roger started their career as a Finance Director at 2helix limited in 2004 and then moved on to work as a Financial Controller at Comunica from 2005 to 2008. Roger later served as a Financial Controller at Redstone from 2005 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, Roger worked as a Client Finance Director at FD Solutions, where they provided finance director services to various businesses. Roger then joined Cip Recruitment as a Finance Director from 2017 to 2019. Roger also worked as a Regional Director at Your Right Hand Finance Team from 2019 to 2020. Currently, they are working as a Finance Director at ProMedical, a healthcare recruitment agency, where they focus on matching clients and candidates and understanding their staffing needs.
