Rocío Azul García

Rockie C. is an experienced Program Manager at Lonza since March 2023, specializing in the clinical manufacturing of biologics and leading multidisciplinary project teams to deliver results. Prior to this role, Rockie served as a Senior Scientist and Program Lead at CareDx, Inc., where responsibilities included product development and automation for genomics-based diagnostics, as well as authoring a peer-reviewed publication on clinical biomarkers. Rockie's career also includes significant contributions as a Senior Scientist at Senti Biosciences, focusing on gene therapy projects, and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles. Rockie holds a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Medicine from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
