Stephanie Richards, MS, MBA, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic innovation. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Emerging Technologies and Solutions at Promega Corporation, Stephanie leads strategic partnerships and spearheads software-centric product development. Prior roles include Strategic Innovation Manager and Senior Program Manager at Promega, where Stephanie oversaw interdisciplinary projects aligned with corporate strategies. Additionally, Stephanie has contributed to NASA as a Payload Project Scientist, providing expertise in life science research, and has managed clinical programs at the Usona Institute. Stephanie holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from the University of Florida and a Master's in Biological Sciences from the Florida Institute of Technology, alongside advanced project management certification from Stanford University.
