Guillaume David is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in risk management and compliance across various banking institutions. Currently serving as the Directeur des synergies des activités d’investissement at BRED since September 2016, Guillaume is also an expatriate Chief Risk Officer for BRED BANK Cambodia. Previous roles include Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at BRED BANK CAMBODIA and Head of Market Risk at BRED. Earlier in the career, Guillaume worked at Exane, where responsibilities included risk management and oversight of equity derivatives, and held financial engineering and auditing roles within the Banque Populaire Group and Banque Fédérale des Banques Populaires. Educational qualifications include an MBA in management from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School and an engineering degree from Centrale Lyon.
