Philippe-Nicolas Marcaillou has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Philippe-Nicolas began their career in the press service department of the Ministry of Defense. Philippe-Nicolas later worked at Cantor Fitzgerald in New York City, where they served as a proprietary trader and head of the Euro-Bonds desk. Philippe then joined Credit Mutuel CIC in Paris, where they held various positions including head of origination, syndication, debt structuring, and investment portfolio management. Philippe-Nicolas also worked at Lafarge Group as the head of group financing and subsidiaries. Philippe then served as the chief investment officer at Veolia Environnement Pension Fund, overseeing investment policies and strategies. Philippe-Nicolas later founded Met Zurich Investment, providing education and consultancy services in capital markets. Philippe-Nicolas joined Saint Sulpice REIT as the chief financial officer and board member. Most recently, Philippe worked at BRED - Banque Populaire Caisse d'Epargne Group, serving as the managing director of Bred Investment & Funding Solutions and the managing director of the Capital / Credit Structuring Solutions Platform.

Philippe-Nicolas MARCAILLOU holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, which they completed in 2003. In 1992, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Trading, Capital Markets, and Commodities from Paris ESLSCA Business School. Since 2013, they have been a PhD student in Finance at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, conducting research on the topic of "Defined Benefit Pension Schemes - Asset Liability Management." Philippe-Nicolas is also certified as a Financial Markets Regulator by the Financial Markets Regulator (Autorité des Marchés Financiers). Additionally, Philippe-Nicolas MARCAILLOU has completed an Executive Management Program in Leadership & Change Management from HEC Paris and an Advanced Executive Management Program from INSEAD. Philippe-Nicolas holds a University Diploma in Theology from the Institut catholique de Paris, specializing in Philosophy, Theology, and Human Sciences.
