Ben Martin

Ben Martin has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and leadership roles. Ben most recently served as the Sr Director of Talent Acquisition at Promethean since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Leader at Rover.com from 2019 to 2020 and as a Talent Acquisition Leader - Seattle at Facebook from 2018 to 2019. Ben also held the position of VP, Talent Acquisition at F5 Networks from 2016 to 2018. Ben has a strong background at Lockheed Martin, where they held the roles of VP Global Talent Acquisition from 2013 to 2016 and Talent Acquisition Director from 2010 to 2013. Ben began their career at Microsoft as a Recruiting Director from 1997 to 2010.

Ben Martin has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Seattle University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. Ben also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Washington State University, which they attained from 1989 to 1993.
