Delphine Dacre

Delphine Dacre has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Delphine started their career at Vita Group as a Group HR Assistant, where they introduced an online payroll system and managed the transition from a Defined Benefit Pension scheme to a Defined Contribution scheme.

After that, they joined Chubb Fire & Security as a Senior HR Shared Services Officer.

Currently, Delphine is working at Promethean, where they have held various roles such as UK People & Culture Business Partner, EMEA People and Culture Lead, EMEA People & Culture Business Partner, and Head of People for EMEA & Asia Pacific. Delphine is currently serving as the Global Human Resources Director. Throughout their roles at Promethean, Delphine has focused on developing and supporting HR projects, implementing HR shared service centers, and providing HR business partnering to various divisions and regions.

Delphine Dacre attended the University of Central Lancashire from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in HR Management and also obtained a CIPD qualification in HR.
