Nikkita Willis

Nikkita Willis has extensive work experience in various roles related to program management, facilitation, and agile methodologies. Nikkita is currently working as a Principal Program Manager at Promethean since March 2022. Prior to this, Nikkita worked at Pearson from 2017 to 2022, holding positions such as Director of Agile Facilitation and Senior Agile Program Manager. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Connections Education as an Agile Program Manager and Senior Agile Facilitator/Scrum Master. Before that, Nikkita worked at Inovalon from 2012 to 2015, where they held roles as an IT Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst. Nikkita also worked as a Business Analyst at Metters Industries in 2011.

Nikkita Willis attended Temple University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Economy. In 2016, they obtained two additional certifications: SAFe Agilist (SA) from Scaled Agile, Inc. and Agile Certified Practitioner from the Project Management Institute.
