Isabelle Decoster

Isabelle Decoster has over 20 years of experience in HR, with a focus on consulting, directorial, and managerial roles. Isabelle is currently the owner of HR ID Consult, where they serve as an HR Consultant. Isabelle has also held positions as HR Director at AstriVax and Cellaïon, and as HR Manager at THEO Technologies. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR at Oxurion NV and also worked as an HR Generalist there. Isabelle has experience in payroll and administration coordination from their time at ThromboGenics. Isabelle began their HR career as an HR Officer at Photovoltech and Isabel, and also worked as a Recruitment & Selection Consultant at A Priori.

Isabelle Decoster obtained a Bachelor's degree from Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven between 1997 and 1999.
