Giancarlo Armella F. is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in investment projects and financial planning. Currently serving as the Head of Investment Projects at Promigas since December 2017, Giancarlo leads the in-house investment bank focused on structuring financials and valuations for inorganic growth opportunities. Additionally, Giancarlo holds the position of Director of Financial Planning at SURTIGAS and serves on the boards of Transmetano and Transoccidente SA ESP. As Chief Executive Officer of Transoccidente SA ESP, Giancarlo oversees a key natural gas transportation asset in southwestern Colombia. Previous roles include Head of Administrative and Financial Affairs at SPEC LNG and Senior Financial Planning Analyst at Promigas.
