Charles Posternack

Charles Posternack is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in healthcare and real estate. As the President and Co-Founder of Avulux since 2016, and President and CEO at Promise Healthcare, Inc. since March 2017, Charles has demonstrated leadership in the medical field. Additionally, Charles serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Promise Healthcare, Inc. Charles has a significant background in investments as Managing Director at CHOP Investments since 2000, and previously held the position of Chief Medical Officer at Boca Raton Regional Hospital from 2011 to 2017. As Chairman of the Board at PFO Global Inc from 2010 to 2017, Charles contributed to the growth of an international optical manufacturing and technology development company. Charles Posternack earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in Gastroenterology from McGill University, where studies were completed between 1972 and 1981.
