Heather Boujoulian

Heather Boujoulian is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and construction investments. Since October 2012, Heather has served as Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Development & Construction Investments at Berkshire, where previous roles included Director of Development Investment Management and Senior Vice President of Development. Prior to joining Berkshire, Heather held positions at Criterion Development Partners, LLC, from September 2004 to October 2012, including Vice President and Development Manager. Heather began their career in various construction and development roles at JPI from June 1999 to September 2004. Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Roger Williams University.
