Xiomara Padamsee

Xiomara Padamsee is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Promise54, a nonprofit talent solutions provider. Prior to this role, Xiomara was a Partner in Talent Advising at Bellwether Education Partners, where Xiomara led a team of consultants and managed profit and loss responsibilities. Xiomara also worked at Deloitte as a Manager in the Human Capital, Organization & Talent Group. Xiomara has experience at Proctor & Gamble as a Brand Management Intern and at Teach For America in various leadership roles including Vice President of Staffing and Organizational Development. Xiomara holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's Degree from Cornell University.
