Desard Mema

Desard Mema currently serves as the Director of the Technology and Security Unit at NOA Bank since June 2023. With a long-standing career at NOA beginning in January 2007, Desard has held various roles, including Network Administrator and IT Administrator. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Helpdesk Specialist at Opportunity Albania from January 2007 to October 2010. Desard holds an engineering degree in Automation from the Polytechnic University of Tirana, completed in 2006.
