Andreana Stephens has a diverse work experience in sales and account management roles. Andreana started their career at Spectrum as an Outbound Account Executive, where they successfully initiated sales calls and expanded the client base. Andreana then moved on to become an Inside Sales Manager at Spectrum, where they created sales processes and strategies that were implemented region-wide. In 2019, Andreana joined Lenovo as an Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions Specialist, where they identified and developed new business opportunities within large organizations. Andreana worked closely with key decision-makers and provided customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each client. Most recently, Andreana worked at Snappy as a Senior Account Executive Enterprise Sales, where they partnered with various teams to establish and maintain effective employee recognition plans. Andreana assisted clients in retaining their workforce and maximizing their investment in employees. Andreana's next role will be at Promon as an Enterprise Account Executive.
