Henry Raine

Henry Raine is the managing director and head of the London office at Promontory. Henry has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on equity and capital markets. Prior to joining Promontory, Henry was a senior equity partner at Herbert Smith Freehills, where they were responsible for building the firm's investment banking relationships. Henry also founded the life sciences practice at Herbert Smith, advising on a range of medical device companies. Henry has been involved in international initiatives throughout their career, including setting up offices in Moscow and the Middle East.

Henry Raine attended Bancroft's School for their high school education. Henry then went on to study law at Magdalen College, completing their master's degree. Finally, they took the Law Society Finals at the College of Law Lancaster Gate.

Henry Raine reports to Eugene Ludwig, Founder and Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with James Hilton - Executive Managing Director for the United States, Leslie Peeler - VP, Business Transformation Services & COO, and Michael Dawson - Managing Director.
