Lee Pritchard

Lee Pritchard has an extensive work history, beginning with their role as Tax & Small Business Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co, LLP from September 1984 to August 1991. Following this, they founded and served as President of Appliance Warehouse from February 1989 to March 1997. After that, they founded and became Vice Chairman of Allconnect, Inc. in June 1998, and held the position of CEO or Executive Chairman until September 2017. During their time at Allconnect, the company achieved significant growth and recognition, ranking #73 on the Inc. 500. In October 2004, Lee became Chairman & CEO of Renter Magnet Acquisition, LLC, overseeing the operation of two brands, PROMOVE and Oneleaseapp. Currently, they are a Co-Founder at Posh Outdoors since February 2022.
