BILLY MACO ELERA is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and consulting. Currently serving as Asistente Región II at Promperu since October 2014, BILLY has also held the position of Especialista en Planes de Negocios at ONE CONSULTING PERU since November 2013. Previous roles include Gestor de Negocios de Aguaymanto at Sierra y Selva Exportadora in 2014, and Asistente Administrativo for a project supporting productive chains in the Nor Amazonica region at the Cámara de Comercio y Producción de Lambayeque from 2012 to 2014. With a strong background in business development, BILLY was also a CONSEJERO DE NUCLEOS EMPRESARIALES at PERUCAMARAS and has experience in various managerial and consulting roles. BILLY holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and a degree in Comercio y Negocios Internacionales from Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruíz Gallo.
