Licela Paredes Tafur

Licela Paredes Tafur is an experienced professional specializing in international cooperation, project management, and education. Currently serving as an Especialista en Cooperación Internacional at Promperu since June 2019, Licela manages various international projects involving organizations such as the World Bank and SECO-Switzerland. In addition, Licela imparts knowledge as a docente at Universidad Católica Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo and mentors students at UTP Universidad Tecnológica del Perú. As a co-founder of EF4 Functional Training Center, Licela has also worked as an evaluadora de proyectos for the Ministry of Production of Peru. Academic credentials include a Master's in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and New Business from PUCP and a Master of Science in Agrarian Economy from the University of Buenos Aires, among other qualifications.
