Luis Alvarez Dal Pont is a seasoned tourism marketing specialist with extensive experience in promoting Peru as a tourist destination, currently serving as Especialista en Mercado Latinoamericano for both Brazil and Colombian/Ecuadorian markets at Promperu since December 2014. Previous roles include General Manager at Lima Bar Hopping, where brand identity was developed, and a Marketing Advisor at Fiesta Tours Peru, focusing on brand renewal and product promotion. Luis has also contributed to specialized tourism initiatives in multiple organizations, including LGBT tourism and sustainable tourism. Luis holds a Master's degree in Cultural Management, Heritage, and Tourism, along with a Diploma in Tourism Marketing, and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Administration from Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola.
