Abhisek Roy

Abhisek Roy has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Abhisek started their career as an Intern at NowPurchase, where they worked as a data mining operative and analyst. Abhisek then worked as a Content Writer at CakeZone for a brief period. Abhisek also had a research internship at the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, where they focused on projects related to image removal from social media.

After that, Abhisek joined Cognizant as a Python Developer, where they worked on projects related to analyzing code and moving it to the cloud. Abhisek was part of the agile development team, following methodologies like TDD and daily scrum calls.

Abhisek then worked as a Freelance Technical Content Writer at PromptCloud and NewsCatcher, where they utilized their technical expertise to create informative content.

Currently, they are working at Credit Saison India, starting as a Software Engineer II and progressing to Senior Software Engineer I and then Senior Software Engineer II. In their current role as a Software Architect, Abhisek is responsible for working on technical challenges related to data storage, access, flow, and processing. Abhisek has also contributed to developing infrastructure, new features, and internal tools for the organization.

Throughout their career, Abhisek has showcased their skills in software development, content writing, and data analysis, making him a versatile professional.

Abhisek Roy completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College, from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary (Grade 12) - ISC degree in Science from Salt Lake School, from 2011 to 2013. Abhisek also obtained their Secondary Certificate - ICSE degree in Science from Salt Lake School, from 2005 to 2011.
