Mikalai Arapau

Mikalai Arapau is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and development. Currently serving as Tech Lead at Promwad since January 2022, Mikalai has previously held prominent positions such as Head of Software Engineering at Falcon LLC, Chief Technical Officer at CETC Minsk, and Engineering Manager at HQSoftware. Mikalai co-founded Nika Studio, where management of business processes for professional photography and custom software development was key, and also founded Menesk Software, which developed a notable printing activity audit tool. Mikalai's educational background includes a Master of Science in math and computer science from Belarusian State University and training as a software developer at the Republican School of Programming.
