Currently serving as a Healthcare Advisor at ProNexus Advisory and a Senior Administrator at Children's Mercy Kansas City, Carol has a proven track record of enhancing operational performance and patient care across various healthcare organizations. With a career spanning over two decades, Carol founded Schmekel Coaching and Consulting, focusing on developing leadership skills through tailored coaching and strategies.
