Jason Ray has a diverse range of work experience in the food and beverage industry. Jason most recently served as the Director of Food and Beverage for Juniper Preserve, starting in July 2021. Prior to this role, they held the same position at Discovery Land Company from October 2020 to September 2021. From September 2019 to November 2020, they worked as the Director of Outlets and Venues at The Watergate Hotel. Before that, they served as the General Manager of Restaurant and Bars at Auberge Resorts Collection from an unknown starting date to September 2019. Jason has also worked as an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hualalai from April 2016 to September 2018, and as an Operations Manager at CATSTEPS/THE BREAKFAST CLUB from January 2015 to April 2016. Jason has previous experience with the Jamie Oliver Group, where they served as a Senior General Manager from March 2013 to April 2015, overseeing the Covent Garden location and providing training and development for other General Managers within the company. From 1994 to 1997, Jason Ray pursued a Masters degree in Communication at the United States Air Force.
