Vijay Jadhwani has over 20 years of work experience in the IT sector. From 2017 to present, they have been working as the Operations & Information Technology for Prontopia. From 2016 to 2017, they were the Advisor at Suman Ramesh Tulsiani Charitable Trust. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Chief Executive Officer for Committed Communities Development Trust. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Executive Director for TiE Mumbai and Consulting Partner for Mindquest Consulting Private Limited. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Chief Executive Officer for Vivekanand Education Society and Consulting Partner for A2 Services. From 2008 to 2012, they were the Head of IT for Manufacturing for Power Generation, responsible for leading IT initiatives and operational excellence. From 2001 to 2008, they were the Director of Sales and Business Development for Patni Computer Systems, responsible for identifying market segments and prospects, creating SOWs, and leading contract negotiations. From 1999 to 2001, they were the Manager of Sales for Rolta India Limited, responsible for leading sales of internet services for corporate clients.

Vijay Jadhwani obtained their Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Instrumentation from VESIT (Mumbai University) between 1985 and 1990.
