Rebekah Koenig has held various roles in human resources, from Office Administrator to Director of People Operations. With experience in companies like EPAM Systems, Points, and Roadmunk, she has developed expertise in areas such as performance management, change management, and employee engagement. Rebekah is also committed to supporting others, providing pro-bono career counseling to those affected by Covid-19. She holds a CHRL degree in Human Resources Management and a Masters Certificate in Organization Development & Change from Schulich School of Business.
