Peter Gulliver

Peter Gulliver currently serves as COO and CFO at CircleBlack since September 2024 and has been an advisor at Proov.ai since January 2024. Previously, Peter was the Chief Financial Officer at Spruce from May 2022 to September 2023, where Peter played a crucial role in the company’s successful sale to Zillow Group and implemented key financial systems. Peter's experience includes serving as Chief Banking Officer at Jasper from July 2021 to January 2022 and holding senior finance roles at Bank Leumi USA, where Peter significantly increased profitability and assets. Peter's earlier career includes positions at Next Street, Booz & Company/Katzenbach Partners, CEB, and the United States Department of Defense. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Yale University and an MBA from Yale School of Management.
